National 3 Peaks Challenge

Ben Nevis. Scafell Pike. Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa).

The highest mountains in Scotland, England, and Wales. Three giants. One goal: summit them all in under 24 hours.

This isn’t a stroll through the hills — it’s a test of grit, teamwork, and endurance. You move fast, travel light, and push hard. But you won’t go it alone.

Know before you go

To finish within 24 hours, you’ll need to hit these targets:

  • Ben Nevis – 5.5 hrs

  • Scafell Pike – 4.5 hrs

  • Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) – 4 hrs

  • Plus 10 hours total drive time between peaks.

This is a physically and mentally demanding operation. You’ll grab sleep in the luxury coach between ascents, ration your energy, and rely on your team. The fitter and more prepared you are, the better your chances of completing the challenge within 24 hours.

This itinerary is a guide only. It can be subject to change dependent upon viability, course members’ fitness, weather conditions or for any other reason the guide may deem necessary. We are flexible and can adjust this to suit your team and needs.

Other options

Not quite ready for the full-force 24-hour push? No problem. We also run a 3 Peaks in 3 Days version — same summits, slower pace. Ideal if you want the challenge and your sleep.
